For sales and shipments to California, we are required to collect applicable sales/use tax. When sending a Request for Quotation (RFQ) you will be able to enter your Sales Tax rate. A link to the California Board of Equalization is provided to obtain current sales tax rates.
Resale Certificate – If you are purchasing products for resale, no sales tax will be added.
Out of State – If you are located outside California and the shipping destination will be outside of the State of California, we will not collect sales tax.

This rate includes ocean shipping and inland trucking all the way from the origin country to your location. All fees included.

Société Générale de Surveillance S.A. SGS.com a Swiss world leader inspection company continuously monitors production, packing, and stuffing of containers. SGS inspectors also take samples of the material prior to sealing the containers. Samples are taken to their laboratories for analysis and issuance of certificates.

Samples of certificates for previous shipments include: Quality & Analysis, Heavy Metals, Pesticides, Non-Radioactive, BSE Free (Mad Cow), Fumigation, Veterinary, among others.
The HS Code – Harmonized Tariff Schedule does not have a separate listing for Fish Powder. It is a requirement that the product is listed as per the HS Code or there will be discrepancies, delays, and additional costs to clear Customs.
The HS Code for Fish Meal/Flour/Pellets is 2301.20.00  described as follows: Flours, meals and pellets, of meat or meat offal, of fish or of crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption.
We only sell by container load. A 20 FT container holds approximately 35,264 lbs. of fish powder packed in bags. Less on other products depending on mesh, granulation or chip sizes. Flexi tanks hold approximately 5,000 gallons in bulk. We do not have an e-commerce website. No. All shipments are final. You will have copies of Certificates once SGS has completed its inspection, taken samples, and analyzed the materials. You will have a chance to dispute any discrepancies. Rest assured that cargo that does not meet the minimum quality standards, does not get loaded into the containers.

As a registered user, you will be able to send a Request for Quotation (RFQ). We will reply with a firm quotation including current freight charges, certificates that will be included, and additional ones that you may wish to order. Once your cargo is delivered to the container yard, the shipping line issues a Bill of Lading (B/L) which will be immediately uploaded to your order file. The B/L includes the container number(s) that you can track on the shipping line website. You will receive an e-mail notification that the B/L has been uploaded to your order file.
Once official certificates are issued (for N-P-K and others), we will upload copies to your Order File. You will be able to see them in real time. You will receive another e-mail notification.
Once containers are released from U.S. Customs and on their way, we will send another notification that will include the Trucking Waybill Number. You will be able to track your shipment via the trucking company’s website.
